Vursu LLC, an Indiana limited liability company doing business as Robutlers ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the Robutlers personal AI knowledge management service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using Robutlers, you agree to the practices described here.

Note: Robutlers stores personal knowledge you share with us — memories, preferences, life details — to power your AI brain. We treat that data with the highest level of care and never sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

• — Provide and operate the Robutlers service, including AI-powered knowledge extraction and brain building.
• — Process and store knowledge you send via SMS, email, or the web interface.
• — Send SMS confirmation replies when you submit content via text message.
• — Authenticate your account and secure your session.
• — Respond to your questions and provide support.
• — Improve the service through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages. We do not share your personal knowledge data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., our cloud infrastructure provider).

3. SMS Messaging

If you opt in to SMS, the following terms apply:

• — You explicitly consent before your number is enrolled by checking a consent checkbox in your account settings.
• — We only send messages in direct response to content you submit. No marketing or promotional texts are sent.
• — Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• — Reply HELP for support information.
• — Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. Files and media are stored via Vercel Blob. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys are stored as cryptographic hashes and are never retrievable in plain text after creation.

We share your data only with the following categories of service providers, strictly to operate Robutlers:

• —Anthropic — AI processing (Claude API) to extract and structure knowledge from your inputs.
• —Twilio — SMS delivery and reception.
• —Vercel / Neon — Hosting, database, and file storage.
• —Resend — Transactional email (magic links, notifications).

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

You have the right to:

• — Access the personal data we hold about you.
• — Request correction of inaccurate data.
• — Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• — Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently remove your personal knowledge data, phone number, and associated records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

Robutlers is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at privacy@vursu.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the app. Continued use of Robutlers after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
