Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Robutlers service provided by Vursu LLC, an Indiana limited liability company doing business as Robutlers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Robutlers, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Robutlers is a personal AI knowledge management platform that allows you to capture, structure, and retrieve knowledge about yourself through conversational AI, SMS, email, and integrations with third-party AI tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Features include but are not limited to: AI-driven knowledge extraction, SMS brain updates, API key generation for MCP connections, and a personal knowledge graph.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Robutlers. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Robutlers is currently available to users in the United States only.

3. Account Registration

Access to Robutlers requires an account. You must provide a valid email address and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vursu.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS features, you agree to the following:

• — You provide explicit consent via a checkbox in your account settings before your number is enrolled.
• — Robutlers will only send messages in direct response to content you submit. No marketing messages will be sent.
• — Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.
• — Reply HELP to receive support contact information.
• — Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
• — You are responsible for ensuring the phone number you register belongs to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• — Use Robutlers to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• — Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service in unauthorized ways.
• — Share your API keys with others or use them to build competing services without written permission.
• — Impersonate another person or submit false information to build a fraudulent knowledge profile.
• — Interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

6. Your Data & Ownership

You own the knowledge and content you submit to Robutlers. By submitting content, you grant Vursu LLC a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal knowledge data and do not use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

7. API Keys & MCP Integrations

API keys you generate grant access to your knowledge brain via MCP. You are responsible for keeping your keys secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised key. You may revoke keys at any time from your account settings.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Robutlers is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated knowledge extraction may contain errors; you should not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vursu LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of Robutlers. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Robutlers after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
